Existing IBK app, Internet banking registered customers
  1. ① Download and update i-ONE Bank Global App
  2. ② Go through the general authentication process (public authentication process) or mobile phone authentication process to get the mobile authentication certificate
  3. ③ Use the i-ONE Bank Global service
Customers who are not registered in IBK
  1. ① Download and install i-ONE Bank Global App Visit the nearest IBK branch to sign up with your alien registration card or passport
  2. ② Go through the general authentication process (public authentication process) or mobile phone authentication process to get the mobile authentication certificate
  3. ③ Use the i-ONE Bank Global service
