It's an exchange service you can find at any nearby bank branch and even non-IBK customers can easily exchange money through internet and mobile banking.

• Over 100 dollars and within 1 million won
• Minimum amount: USD100, EUR100, JPY10,000, CNY700
• Minimum unit: USD10, EUR10, JPY1,000, CNY100

Foreign Currency Branch Pick Up

• Accepted at all IBK branches
  Please visit the branch after confirming the amount of foreign currency held at the receiving branch and the hours of operation.
• Since there are no IBK branches in the airport, please pick up your foreign currency in advance at the nearest branch before departure.

Recipient Information Registration

• When applying for foreign currency exchange, the recipient information (name, mobile phone number, etc.) must be accurately registered.
• Foreign currency may not be received or an error message may be sent if the information provided is not accurate.

Foreign Currency Receiving Method

The recipient must receive it directly by visiting an IBK branch with their own identification card and exchange confirmation number.

Repurchase due to Exchange Cancellation

• Cancellation is not possible after virtual account deposit.
• For exchange cancellation (repurchase), the customer must visit an IBK branch with their identification card and exchange authorization number.
• The currency in won with the transaction standard rate at the time of cancellation applied will be returned.
• A profit/loss may occur due to the fluctuation of exchange rate when exchanging again.
