Certificate Issuance Procedure

How to get a certificate issued in the IBK ONE BANKING GLOBAL App

Launch IBK ONE BANKING GLOBAL and select Certificate Center
Select Issue/Re-issue a Certificate
Read the certificate policy and click the Next button
Enter the resident registration number(alien registration number) and account password and then click the Next button
Click the Send a verification code button and enter the code received via SMS
Enter OTP number or Secret card numbers as required and then click the Next button
Enter mobile phone number and e-mail address and then click the Next button
Enter the certificate password and then click the Completed button
(combination of eight or more letters and numbers)
Certificate issued

Only the certificates of KFTC(Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute) can be issued in the IBK ONE BANKING GLOBAL App When a certificate is reissued in the IBK ONE BANKING GLOBAL App. the certificate existing on the PC is automatically discarded

Remittance(Foreign Exchange)

Launch IBK ONE BANKING GLOBAL and select Foreign Exchange
Select Remittance
Enter the certificate password
Select the receiver
Input Account Number, Account Password, Amount, and Tel. Number and click the Confirm button
After checking remittance details, enter OTP number or Secret card numbers as required and then click the Confirm button
Enter the certificate password
Remittance is completed
