On September 2nd, the "IBK Global Homepage" service developed by the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) was awarded the Service Innovation Frontier Award in the "iECO Award 2020".

The internet ECO Award (iECO Award) is an awards ceremony hosted by the Korea International Professional Association (KIPFA) affiliated with the Ministry of Science and ICT. Approximately 250 professional evaluation committee members representing Korea and about 50 extensive evaluation committee members in each field of study select services to award that have displayed excellent performances in the domains of innovation and expertise amongst newly developed digital services this year.

For the convenience of our international customers, we have expanded our foreign language support services to 12 languages. In addition to strengthening our provision of financial services, we also reinforced efforts to provide customers with various information that will serve to be useful in their daily lives. Also, we have implemented the “responsive web service” for the first time in the banking sector to configure the most optimal real-time screen in response to each customer’s service settings, thus providing improved convenience for mobile use.
